PDF Application Form Transcription

I have a collection of PDF application forms that need to be transcribed verbatim into a digital format. Every field on each form—typed or handwritten—must be captured accurately. Some of the PDFs include handwritten notes, so you will need a good eye for legible handwriting and the judgment to flag anything that is unclear instead of guessing.

The end goal is a clean, consistently structured spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets is fine) that mirrors every field on the original forms. I will supply the PDFs, a template sheet, and brief field-by-field guidance before you start. Accuracy is critical: I will spot-check random entries against the source files, and any discrepancies will need to be corrected before final approval.

Deliverables
• Completed spreadsheet with every application form fully transcribed
• A short log noting any fields that were impossible to read
