Categorized Website Text Data Entry

I have a collection of websites that contain text-only information I need captured in a clean spreadsheet. You will copy the required fields exactly as they appear, paste them into either Excel or Google Sheets—whichever environment you prefer—then group every record under the categories I provide. Spacing, capitalization, and any embedded links must be kept consistent so the sheet is ready for immediate use in a downstream import.

Accuracy is critical. Before you send the file back, double-check for missing fields, stray characters, and obvious duplicates. A quick spell-check and a sort within each category will usually surface issues fast, and I’m happy to share my current validation formula if that helps you speed things up.

Deliverable
• One fully populated, category-organized spreadsheet (XLSX or Google Sheet link) that passes the accuracy check and is delivered by the agreed deadline.
