PCB Design for Communication Module

I'm looking for an experienced PCB designer to review and fix a double-layer PCB for a consumer electronics bluetooth relay application. I currently have KiCad files along with a BOM and CPL files. I have been unsuccessful getting this all the way from design to production. I also want to retain copies of revised KiCad files along with BOM & CPL files. I would expect this should take someone under 10 hours, if you are looking for a simple easy and fast task.

Key Requirements:
- Design a double-layer PCB
- Application: Consumer electronics (Bluetooth)
- Assist with ordering process through JLCPCB.com

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in PCB design software
- Experience with double-layer PCBs
- Knowledge of communication modules and consumer electronics
- Familiarity with JLCPCB ordering process
