I’m building a compact entertainment gadget dedicated to high-quality audio playback and I need a complete PCB designed from scratch. The board must meet all the usual consumer-electronics constraints—low noise, minimal power draw, reliable mass-production tolerances—and fit inside a small enclosure that I will share once we start.

Here’s what I expect from you:
• Schematic capture based on my block diagram and component preferences
• Optimised multilayer board layout with proper ground-plane management for clean audio paths
• Gerber, drill and pick-and-place files ready for fabrication
• A clearly organised BOM with current, purchasable parts and viable alternates
• Brief design notes explaining critical decisions (impedance control, filtering, shielding, etc.)

You’re free to work in Altium Designer, KiCad or Eagle—use whichever you’re fastest in, just keep the source files tidy so I can iterate later. I’ll supply the core codec and amplifier datasheets; you handle the rest of the signal-integrity and power-regulation work.

On delivery I’ll run a DRC review and manufacture a small test batch, so please follow standard IPC guidelines and keep all footprints, silks and tolerances production-ready. If you can also provide a simple 3D step export to verify mechanical fit, that’s a plus.

Let’s get this audio board humming.
