The Role
We are hiring a Payments Operation Manager to scale and operate the infrastructure behind TWS.
This Individual Contributor (IC) role sits at the center of our payments ecosystem. You will work directly with our key operational systems, manage customer interactions, and execute end-to-end order processing.
In this role, you will conduct and coordinate P2P transactions while adhering strictly to TWS operating procedures, transaction requirements, and security standards.
Responsibilities
Execute Transactions: Conduct P2P and escrow transactions strictly following established operating procedures.
Coordinate Operations: Manage order flows and maintain seamless communication with the rest of the TWS team.
Verify & Secure: Follow rigorous order verification procedures and uphold security standards.
Maintain Records: Keep precise and accurate records of all processed transactions.
Ensure Availability: Respond promptly and reliably during agreed working hours.
Ensure Compliance: Adhere to all internal rules and applicable third-party platform regulations.
Risk Reporting: Identify and report unusual, disputed, or suspicious transactions to appropriate team leads immediately.
Requirements
Reliability: Clear, consistent communication and dependable availability during working hours.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on operational precision, transaction details, and numerical accuracy.
Process-Driven Mindset: Ability to follow detailed procedures and security workflows consistently.
Accountability: A highly responsible, serious, and professional approach to handling payment operations.
