Full-Time ISO 9001 QMS Manager — Immediate Start
TNI is a small U.S. network-infrastructure company hiring an experienced, hands-on ISO 9001:2015 QMS and Process Manager. This is an ongoing full-time ownership role, not a one-off document package or a basic ISO training position.
NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS
• Available to start immediately upon selection; provide an exact date, notice period and current commitments.
• At least six non-overlapping years of direct ISO 9001 work, with personally conducted audits and ownership of a complete certification or surveillance cycle.
• Fluent spoken and written English, verified in a live conversation.
• Personally cover 40 working hours Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 fixed EST (UTC−05:00), with a one-hour break. Disclose other client/employment commitments. Named individual required; no undisclosed substitution or subcontracting.
OWNERSHIP
Own daily QMS records, controlled documents and revisions, risks/objectives, supplier evaluation, competence/training tracking, management-review preparation, audit planning and readiness, nonconformities, root-cause analysis, corrective actions and effectiveness verification.
Be TNI's main day-to-day interface with our existing CORE consultant, internal auditor and external certification body. Coordinate owners, evidence, deadlines and escalations across management, back-office/project operations, purchasing, finance and technical teams. Maintain clear status and usable process documentation. Teach team members the exact approved steps for their roles, coach them using real process examples, verify they can perform the work and retrieve the supporting records, and maintain training/competence evidence. Management retains approvals and auditors must remain independent.
CORE AND AUDIT TIMELINE
The first 2–3 weeks are for learning TNI and CORE Compliance, completing assigned CORE training and taking over the live action queue. You must bring existing ISO competence. Scheduled 2026 milestones: management review October 19; internal audit November 2; follow-up review November 11; Stage 1 November 13; Stage 2 November 23. External audit times remain to be confirmed. CMMC is outside this role.

Selection includes evidence review, a 20-minute live screen and a 90-minute simulated practical, including a short staff-training demonstration. No live customer work or system access is provided during screening. We seek a capable long-term process owner who can work closely with our back-office coordinator and improve how the small team operates.
COMPENSATION
Our target is around US$800 per month. We can consider higher compensation for an exceptional candidate with verified qualifications, successful audit-cycle ownership, immediate full-time availability and the ability to train our team and manage the QMS independently. The displayed marketplace budget is a one-month starting target, not a firm ceiling for that level of expertise. Any engagement and payment terms must be agreed before work starts.
