Part-Time American Curriculum Math Tutor

I need an experienced secondary-level math teacher to guide a single learner who follows the American curriculum and moves across grades 8 to 12 material. Sessions are strictly online and will concentrate on:

• Algebra
• Geometry
• Calculus

We will meet two to three times a week, 2–3 hours per session, so this suits someone looking for a consistent yet part-time commitment rather than a full-time post.

– Confident command of U.S. math standards for grades 8-12; familiarity with the British curriculum is a welcome bonus.
– Clear, fluent English and a friendly, patient manner that keeps lessons engaging.
– Past success in one-to-one or small-group tutoring, with the ability to adapt explanations to a student’s pace.

Deliverables for each lesson:
1. A brief plan outlining the topic focus.
2. Live instruction via your preferred interactive platform (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
3. A concise progress note sent afterward that highlights strengths, gaps, and next steps.
