I have a collection of printed reports that now need to live in a clean, well-structured Excel workbook. All of the information is purely text—no numbers or formulas—so the job is straightforward data entry with an emphasis on accuracy. Each page has consistent headings, and I’ll supply scanned copies in the exact order I’d like them typed.

You’ll manually key every word into the spreadsheet, mirror the original layout where possible, and double-check for typos before sending the file back. The finished deliverable is a single .xlsx file ready for sorting and filtering.

Because legibility is already good, I’m not expecting OCR; careful typing in Microsoft Excel (or Google Sheets if you prefer to convert later) is perfect. Once you return the workbook I’ll run a quick spot-check for 100 % fidelity, so a meticulous approach is essential.
