Accurate Excel Record Entry

I have a growing collection of records that must be consolidated into a single, well-structured Excel workbook. The source material contains both text fields and numerical values, and I need every cell transcribed exactly as provided so the file remains a reliable reference going forward.

You will receive:
• A template .xlsx file that shows the required column order, formats, and any pre-set formulas.
• Scanned PDFs and CSV extracts that hold the mixed data you’ll be entering.

Your task:
• Enter each record into the correct column, preserving any number formatting (dates, currency, plain numbers) and case-sensitive text.
• Double-check totals and formula cells to confirm they still calculate correctly after your input.
• Return the completed workbook along with a brief log of any ambiguous entries you encountered.

I place a premium on accuracy and consistency, so please share examples of similar data-entry or record-keeping projects you have completed. A short portfolio link or screenshots of past work will help me gauge fit quickly.
