AROVAA Recruitment Solutions is looking for experienced Freelance Recruiters who have their own active candidate database/network and can support hiring requirements across India.

What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment across multiple industries and job functions.
* Strong Pan-India candidate network / personal talent pool.
* Ability to source candidates quickly based on client requirements.
* Experience hiring for IT & Non-IT, BPO, Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, etc.
* Strong candidate screening, follow-up, coordination, and closure skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
* Recruiters with an established candidate database will be preferred.

Your Responsibilities

* Source and shortlist relevant candidates from your existing network/database and other sourcing channels.
* Screen candidates according to the JD and client requirements.
* Coordinate interviews and follow-ups.
* Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
* Ensure quality profiles and timely submissions.
* Support successful candidate closures.
