Outbound Financial Sales Representative

And we’re looking for an Outbound Financial Sales Representative to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Build and manage prospect lists focusing on construction, manufacturing, logistics, and other equipment-heavy businesses.

Execute multi-channel outreach (cold calls, email sequences, LinkedIn touches) to nurture leads and develop relationships.

Pre-qualify prospects by handling objections, educating them on financing products, and scheduling highly qualified meetings.

Maintain the CRM with detailed notes, follow-up schedules, and pipeline status.

Track warm signals (like expansion plans or new contracts) and follow up strategically over weeks or months.

Manage the sales cycle up to 60-80% of the funnel before passing the prospect to a closer for final negotiations.

Required Tools

CRM system: Expert level required for pipeline management and tracking.

LinkedIn: Advanced level for prospecting and relationship building.

Email outreach platforms

Sales intelligence/data enrichment tools

Multi-channel sales engagement platforms

Qualifications:

Expert/Native English

Consultative sales experience

Expert CRM & pipeline management

Advanced LinkedIn & multi-channel outreach: Must be highly skilled at email and LinkedIn prospecting, not just phone dialing.

Strong objection handling & pre-qualification: Must be able to educate prospects, handle objections, and schedule highly qualified meetings.

Technical Requirements:

USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature

Working Webcam

Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM

Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection

Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Salary Package: Up to ₱45K/month
