I need someone who can take that raw material and engineer organic growth around it—optimising post timing, refining hooks, working the right hashtags, jump-starting reply threads, and networking with complementary finance accounts to spark dialogue. Paid ads are off the table; creativity, consistency, and smart analytics are key.
