Licensed Physician Needed to Review Medical Records and Write Causation Letter

I am seeking a licensed physician to review comprehensive medical records and provide a causation letter for a workman’s compensation case. The case involves my late husband, whose death is being disputed as unrelated to his work-related injury.

The physician's role will include:
- Reviewing detailed medical records (to be provided upon selection).
- Assessing the connection between the work-related injury and contributing conditions.
- Writing a professional causation letter outlining their findings and expert opinion.

While experience with workman's compensation cases or legal medical documentation is helpful, it is not mandatory. Proof of licensure and credentials is required.
