## Project Overview

Hello,

I am the owner of a YouTube channel called **Anita Fashion Point**. My channel focuses on women's fashion, blouse designs, stitching tutorials, sleeve designs, patchwork, and tailoring.

I am looking for an experienced YouTube monetization expert who can analyze my channel and help me understand why my advertising revenue is low.

My current RPM is usually around **$0.60**, and my CPM is approximately **$0.78–$0.83**. One of my videos received around 3,000 views, but the revenue I observed was only approximately $0.25.

I also need help understanding the red feedback that appears when I place manual mid-roll ads in YouTube Studio.

I want someone who can examine my actual channel data, explain the problem, and recommend practical improvements.

## Scope of Work

The freelancer will be responsible for the following:

**1. YouTube Revenue Analysis**
- Analyze my current RPM and CPM.
- Review estimated revenue, ad impressions, and monetized playbacks where the available data permits.
- Explain why my revenue may be low despite receiving views.
- Identify the most likely factors affecting my earnings.

**2. Mid-Roll Ad Optimization**
- Review my existing manual and automatic mid-roll ad settings.
- Explain why YouTube may flag particular ad placements as unlikely to serve ads.
- Recommend which ad slots I should keep, move, or remove.
- Recommend an appropriate number of mid-roll slots for my approximately 8-minute videos.
- Identify natural ad break opportunities without unnecessarily interrupting viewers.

**3. Channel-Specific Recommendations**
- Explain whether my current RPM is reasonable for my audience and niche.
- Identify realistic opportunities to improve advertising revenue.
- Recommend practical changes based on my actual analytics rather than general advice.

**4. Written Action Plan**
Provide a clear report explaining:
- The likely causes of my low RPM.
- The recommended mid-roll settings.
- The changes I should make in YouTube Studio.
- How I should measure the results after making those changes.

## What I Do Not Need

Please do not offer the following services:
- Video titles or thumbnail design.
- SEO or keyword research.
- Video editing or content creation.
- General channel-growth packages unrelated to monetization.
- Guaranteed RPM, CPM, views, or earnings.

My main priority is **YouTube ad revenue analysis and correct mid-roll ad placement**.
