Twitter Product Inquiry Responder

I run our brand’s Twitter account and get a steady flow of questions that simply ask for product details—sizes, colours, stock status, basic how-to use, that sort of thing. The job is to jump into my social inbox during business hours, pick up each mention or DM, and reply with concise, accurate general information. No customer-support troubleshooting, no marketing pushes—just straightforward answers that match the brand’s friendly tone.

You will log into the existing TweetDeck workspace I provide, monitor mentions and DMs, and craft quick replies that link to the right product pages when appropriate. A light style guide and a bank of approved answers are ready for you; as new questions pop up you’ll adapt those references so every response feels personal while staying on-brand.

Deliverables
• Real-time monitoring Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 GMT
• First response sent within one hour for any product-detail inquiry
• Daily summary sheet noting volume handled, common questions, and any messages that need escalation
