I’m looking for an industrial engineer who can study my current production floor and propose a new machinery layout that streamlines flow, shortens travel distances, and eliminates the choke-points that slow us down today. The focus is pure process optimization; supply-chain questions such as inventory policy or logistics routing are already handled elsewhere.

Our goal is clear: improve overall workflow efficiency. To get there, I’ll share CAD drawings of the facility, cycle-time data, and a brief video walk-through so you can see the real-world constraints (fixed columns, utility drops, safety aisles, etc.). I’d like you to model alternative placements, run the necessary time-and-motion or discrete-event simulations, and recommend the configuration that delivers the greatest efficiency gain without compromising safety or code compliance.

Deliverables
• A concise report explaining your analysis, key assumptions, and quantified efficiency gains
• Updated floor plan (DWG or similar) showing the proposed machinery positions, aisles, and material flow arrows
• An implementation checklist prioritizing moves or tweaks we should tackle first

I’m ready to answer detailed questions about equipment specs, takt times, or anything else you need, and I’m happy to schedule a quick video call before you start so we’re perfectly aligned.
