I’m looking for a U.S.-based virtual assistant who can take the swirl of projects, notes, and loose ends in my business and turn them into a clear, trackable system.
What I need first
My top priority is getting all ongoing business tasks, documents, and follow-ups organized in one place so nothing falls through the cracks. I work out of Google Drive, so you’ll be sorting, tagging, and filing there—creating folders that actually make sense and setting up an easy method for me to see what’s pending, what’s done, and what needs my review.
Ongoing routine
On a regular basis you’ll keep the digital filing cabinet tidy and easy to search. That means maintaining the folder structure you build, naming new files correctly, archiving old versions, and generally making sure I never have to hunt for a document again.
Preferred approach & tools
• Google Drive is home base; you should already be comfortable with Drive shortcuts, shared-drive permissions, and version history.
• Light use of Google Sheets or Trello/Asana to log tasks and follow-ups is fine—as long as I can open one view and instantly see status.
• Clear, concise communication is key. A short end-of-day summary in Slack or email letting me know what’s newly filed or what needs my input keeps us in sync.
Deliverable
A fully organized Google Drive workspace, plus a living task/follow-up tracker that we can both reference daily.
If you enjoy turning chaos into clarity and have done similar organization work before, let’s tackle this together.
