PDF-to-Word Conversion

I have a batch of text-based PDFs in English that need to be turned into Word files. Because the originals already allow copying, no OCR is required; I simply want the content carried over accurately.

Please strip out the decorative layout, images, and tables so that the resulting .docx keeps only the text and its basic heading structure. The goal is a clean, lightweight file that I can quickly edit and reformat later.

Deliverable: one editable Word document for each source PDF, reviewed for completeness and correct heading hierarchy.
