Online Peer Support Assistants (Training Provided)

We're looking for a few dependable, empathetic people to support adults through confidential, non-judgemental conversations. You’ll help clients discuss everyday stress and sensitive personal issues, explore practical next steps, and keep brief session notes. We specialise in negotiating taboo topics, and being a listening hear to clients who need a vent, and to assist them with solutions and advices.

The role is fully remote. No formal counselling qualification is needed, but strong listening skills, English, a calm manner, and respect for confidentiality are essential. Live training will be provided before you begin, with short refreshers as needed.

Please share your availability, relevant listening or support experience. A quiet, private space is required.
