On Site | One-Day Clubhouse Service Briefing- Location Noida, Uttar Pradesh

I need a confident facilitator who can sit through a full-day induction with me, absorb the material, and the very next morning brief our front-desk and reception team. The focus of the briefing is customer service and member experience: I want those first-contact staff to feel completely comfortable greeting members, walking them through every facility we offer, and explaining house rules without sounding scripted.

During the training day you will shadow me, take notes, request clarifications, and gather any examples or stories you need. The following day you’ll run a concise, engaging session (about 90 minutes) for up to ten receptionists. By the end they should be able to give a clear, friendly overview of each service, answer the top recurring questions, and direct members smoothly to the right area or person.

I’ll provide slides and reference material; you may adapt them, add role-play scenarios, or bring in your own quick exercises. Please have prior experience delivering front-of-house or hospitality workshops and be comfortable working on site. A short summary of the session’s outcomes—what landed well, what needs reinforcement—will wrap up the assignment.
