On-Site Corporate Event Videography

Corporate gathering and need a videographer who can be physically on-site for the full program. Your role is to capture everything as it unfolds—from formal speeches and PowerPoint-backed presentations to the more organic moments of networking and casual guest interactions.

I only require the raw footage, so there’s no post-production workload; simply supply the files in a high-quality digital format (ProRes, DNxHD, or comparable) via download link or drive hand-off. Please bring your own professional camera, sound setup for clear speech capture, and enough storage media to shoot continuously.

Deliverables:
• Complete, uncompressed raw video files covering speeches, presentations, networking sessions, and spontaneous guest moments.

If you’re local, equipped, and comfortable moving between podium, breakout areas, and mingling spaces without disrupting the flow of the event, I’d love to hear how you’ll approach the shoot and manage audio in a busy room.
