Office PMV/PPD Comfort Analysis

I need a complete thermal-comfort study for an office building and already have a fully detailed 3-D model waiting for you to use. Working in Honeybee / Ladybug or DesignBuilder—whichever you handle best—you will set up the simulation, run hourly calculations, and interpret the results strictly against ASHRAE 55 limits.

The job includes:
• Importing or cleaning the provided model, applying constructions, schedules, internal gains, and the correct EPW weather file
• Running dynamic simulations to produce PMV and PPD values for all occupied zones, both hourly and averaged
• Generating clear heat-maps, zone summaries, and compliance tables
• Explaining what drives any discomfort and suggesting practical improvements
