NGO Website AI and UX & AI Chatbot

I want to refresh the overall user experience of my NGO site, nayasaweragurgaon.org, so visitors can immediately find the information they need and feel invited to engage with our cause. The current structure feels dated; smoother navigation, cleaner page layouts, and well-placed calls-to-action are top priorities. Alongside the redesign, I would like an AI-powered chatbot added to handle visitor questions in real time—donation queries, volunteering information, event details, and general FAQs.

Here is what I need from you:
• A revamped front-end that looks modern, loads quickly, and works flawlessly on mobile and desktop
• Thoughtful UX adjustments that shorten the path between landing on the site and taking action (donate, volunteer, contact)
• Integration of an AI chatbot (open-source LLM, Dialogflow, or a similarly capable service) that can be trained on our existing pages and updated easily as content grows
• Smooth hand-off—updated theme files, chatbot configuration, and concise documentation so my small team can maintain everything
