Excel Logic & PDF Automation

I have an existing workbook that needs two upgrades: solid IF / SUMIF logic and a clean, automated export to PDF. The current sheets already hold the raw data, but totals, flags, and conditional results are still being calculated manually. I’d like you to:

• Replace the manual steps with reliable IF and SUMIF formulas so the correct figures appear instantly, even when rows are added or data is shuffled.
• Set up a one-click (or short-cut) PDF export that captures only the intended print area, keeps my page setup intact, and produces a professionally formatted document every time.

Feel free to use native Excel tools, VBA, or another lightweight approach as long as it works on Office 365 for Windows without additional add-ins. Deliver the updated workbook plus a brief set of notes or a quick loom/video showing where you placed the formulas and how to trigger the PDF.
