Need 20 IBM i Developers

I’m expanding a large-scale IBM i modernization program and need 15-20 seasoned engineers who can hit the ground running this week. Every member of the squad must be equally comfortable in RPGLE and DB2/400, COBOL/400 and CBLLE, plus SQLRPGLE and SQLCBLLE; this is non-negotiable because the codebase spans all those languages.

Day to day you’ll design and refactor triggers and stored procedures, keep our repositories clean with Git, and write repeatable unit tests against DB2/400 using the standard IBM i testing frameworks. We work entirely in Rational Developer for i, so an intermediate command of RDi shortcuts, debuggers, and plugin management is essential.

The environment runs on IST hours, fully remote, with an initial six-month horizon and clear funding to extend well beyond that if we mesh. If you have 4–10 years on IBM i, can show recent project references that demonstrate the full matrix above, and are free to start immediately, I want to hear from you.
