n8n Data Automation & API Integration

I’m rolling out a series of data-driven workflows in n8n and need an expert to wire everything together so the system runs hands-free. The core objective is Data Automation: once a trigger fires, the data should flow cleanly through every step, land in the right place, and notify me if anything goes off track.

Here’s the landscape you’ll be working with:

• Social Media APIs – Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram will both send data in (metrics, comments, messages) and receive scheduled posts back out.
• Payment Gateway APIs – transaction details from my checkout stack need to be captured the moment they occur and pushed downstream.
• CRM APIs – leads and customer records should be enriched in real time with whatever comes from the social and payment flows.

What I need from you
1. Design and build the n8n workflows, including all triggers, nodes, and conditional logic.
2. Handle authentication for every service so keys and tokens stay secure.
3. Map, transform, and clean data between platforms so it remains consistent in the CRM.
4. Add robust error handling and notifications (email or Slack) so I’m alerted instantly if a step fails.
5. Provide a short hand-off document or loom walkthrough covering how to extend or edit each workflow.

All work should be done inside my self-hosted n8n instance (Docker) so I can keep full control once you’re finished. If you’ve automated similar multi-API stacks before, let’s talk—links or screenshots of past n8n flows will help me decide quickly.
