I’m setting up an end-to-end lead funnel that relies on three pillars—n8n, the WhatsApp Business Cloud API, and Salesforce. The objective is straightforward: generate more qualified leads by reaching them instantly on WhatsApp, nurturing them automatically, and pushing every data point into Salesforce so my sales team never misses a conversation.

Here’s the flow I want built:

• New lead arrives (from a Facebook Lead Ad, web form, or manual CSV upload)
• n8n fires a webhook, triggers the WhatsApp Business API, and sends a tailored welcome message
• If the prospect replies, n8n routes the conversation, logs every message in Salesforce, and captures key details (email, product interest, timeline) through interactive WhatsApp questions
• Automated follow-ups go out at preset intervals until the lead converts or opts out
• All status updates—sent, delivered, read, responded—sync back to the correct Salesforce Lead record in real time

Acceptance criteria
• Workflows are set up in a clean, modular n8n instance and documented so I can adapt copy or timing without touching code
• WhatsApp message templates are approved and referenced inside the workflow
• OAuth / access tokens for Salesforce and WhatsApp refresh seamlessly; no manual resets
• Error handling and logging for failed sends, API limits, or webhook time-outs are visible in n8n’s UI
• A short Loom or written guide walks me through adding additional follow-up branches later on

You can leverage any n8n native nodes, HTTP Request nodes, or custom JavaScript functions you prefer, as long as everything remains within the n8n canvas. Let me know what you’ll need to get started—API keys, sandbox numbers, or template examples—and a rough timeline for first test runs.
