I’m ready to spin up a lean, proof-of-concept web app that lets travel-career vloggers sign up, match with sponsors through a simple AI engine, collect payments inside the platform, and chat with followers or brands in real time. The core idea is fully validated; now I need a clickable, hosted MVP that I can demo to professors and early users in two weeks.
Scope for this first milestone
• Responsive web app comes first—mobile-friendly from the start, with later iOS/Android wrappers in mind.
• Essential modules:
– AI matching (basic rules-based or third-party ML API is fine for v1).
– Stripe or similar in-app payments so creators can take bookings or sell shout-outs.
– Real-time chat (WebSocket, Firebase, or your preferred stack).
• Lightweight admin panel to monitor new sign-ups, flag content, and view transactions.
• Viral referral flow (unique invite links, tracked conversions, simple reward counter).
Tech is up to you—React, Vue, or Svelte on the front; Node, Django, or Laravel on the back—as long as the code is clean, documented, and deployable to a cloud host (Render, Heroku, Vercel, or AWS). I’ll handle UI copy and basic branding; you focus on scaffolding, auth, and the working features above.
Deliverables at hand-off
1. Source repo with commit history and README for local setup.
2. Deployed URL and admin credentials for testing.
3. Short Loom or similar walkthrough showing AI match flow, payment test, and live chat.
The launch budget is a lean $500, split 40-40-20 across kickoff, mid-sprint demo, and final sign-off. Nail this, and you’ll stay on as technical co-founder for the native apps and future scaling. Let’s move fast—two weeks from contract to demo. Drop a succinct proposal outlining your stack choice and previous MVPs you’ve shipped, and I’ll share Figma wireframes and data models today.
