I need our English installation and operating instructions translated first, followed by the complete machinery manuals and product datasheets, into Polish, Hebrew, French, Spanish and Traditional Chinese. Accuracy in technical terminology, safety language and units is critical because these documents go straight to factory floors and service teams worldwide.

You should be comfortable working with heavily formatted files—Word, tagged PDF or InDesign—and able to return the translations in an editable layout that mirrors the original so no extra DTP is required. A background in mechanical or industrial documentation is strongly preferred, and I’m happy for you to use CAT tools such as Trados or MemoQ to maintain term consistency.

Deliverables
• Finished translations of every installation and operating instruction set in all five target languages, ready for immediate use.
• A second, finalised version after my engineers review the text and send any notes back to you.

If you have handled similar machinery manuals before, please include a short sample or reference so I can gauge style and technical depth. I intend to choose and onboard the right linguists quickly so production stays on schedule.
