Multilingual Auto Business VO Artists Required

We are looking for **3 professional female voice-over artists** to record short telephone hold / customer service messages for our automotive company, DulceAuto.

We need three separate language/accent versions:

1. **Mexican Spanish** — native female voice from Mexico.
2. **Argentine Spanish** — native female voice from Argentina.
3. **English** — native or fully professional natural English female voice.

Each selected candidate will receive the final script privately.

### Voice style

We are looking for a female voice that sounds:

- Warm, natural and trustworthy
- Professional and friendly
- Calm and reassuring
- Premium/corporate, but not robotic
- Moderately slow and easy to understand
- Suitable for a customer service / secure sales telephone line

The recording should make customers feel comfortable and professionally attended while they wait for one of our advisors to answer the call.

### Background music

The voice should be accompanied by:

- Soft, calm and modern instrumental music
- No vocals or lyrics
- Professional/corporate atmosphere
- Music volume clearly lower than the voice
- The voice must remain very clear at all times
- A few seconds of instrumental music should continue after the spoken message, allowing the message to repeat naturally if necessary

The background music must be royalty-free or licensed for commercial use.

### Audio requirements

- Approximate total duration: **15–30 seconds**
- Format: **WAV (.wav)**
- Final file size: preferably **300–500 KB maximum**
- Mono / optimized for telephone or IVR use
- Clean professional recording with no background noise
- Voice and music professionally mixed
- Ready to upload directly to our telephone system

Please also keep the original high-quality master recording available in case another audio format is required later.

### Important

We prefer **real human voices**. Please do not submit AI-generated or synthetic voices.

When applying, please send us:

- A short voice sample or previous IVR/customer-service example
- Your native country/accent
- Your price for the complete recording
- Estimated delivery time
- Confirmation that **one revision** is included
- Confirmation that commercial usage rights and the background music license are included

The final script is short and will be provided privately to the selected candidates.

If the first project goes well, we may have additional voice-over and telephone-system recordings in the future for DulceAuto.
