Multi-Branch Gym Management System

I want a single, web-based platform that lets me oversee several gym locations while still giving each branch its own secure space. The core idea is simple:

• Super Admin can see and control everything across all gyms—members, staff, trainers, plans, payments, attendance, expenses and branch-wise reports—through one consolidated dashboard.
• Gym/Branch Admin logs in and manages only the gym or gyms assigned to them, with full CRUD rights on their local data.
• Trainers access the classes and member profiles they are responsible for.
• Members can view their own schedules, payments and attendance history.

The system must let me add, edit, deactivate or completely remove a branch at any time without affecting the rest of the network. All data rolls up into real-time, company-wide summaries while still allowing drill-down into individual locations for detailed reporting.

Deliverables
1. Responsive web application (PHP/Laravel, Node.js or similar) with role-based access control for Super Admin, Gym/Branch Admin, Trainer and Member.
2. Central dashboard showing key KPIs (active members, revenue, expenses, attendance) plus filters for branch or date range.
3. Branch management module to create, update, deactivate and reactivate gyms.
4. Reporting suite that exports branch-wise and company-wide PDF/CSV reports.
5. Source code in a Git repository with clear installation and environment setup instructions.
6. Short hand-over session or video walk-through detailing workflow, user roles and data flow.

Acceptance Criteria
• Logging in with each role shows only the data and actions relevant to that role.
• Creating or disabling a branch updates all dashboards immediately without errors.
• Aggregated company reports always match the sum of branch reports for the same period.
• All CRUD actions complete within three seconds under typical load.

I already have hosting and a domain ready; once the MVP is deployed and signed off, I’ll move straight into live usage.
