Motorcycle Marketplace Development

I’m looking for an experienced web developer (or team) to build a web-only online marketplace for buying and selling motorcycles in Qatar, serving dealers/businesses and individual customers (B2B, B2C, and C2C). The site needs to be fully mobile-responsive and support both English and Arabic so buyers can browse/search listings and contact sellers, while businesses can manage listings and promotions.

Scope of work

- Build a web-only, mobile-responsive motorcycle marketplace for the Qatar market (B2B, B2C, and C2C).
- Seller/business features: business registration, verified company profiles, seller dashboard to add/edit/manage bike listings, listing fields (photos, brand, model, year, mileage, condition, price in QAR), and inbox to view inquiries/messages from buyers.
- Buyer features: user registration/login, search + filters (brand, model, price, year, condition, new/used), bike detail pages with photos and seller info, contact seller via chat/call/WhatsApp, and save favourite listings.
- Paid advertising/promotions: featured listings at the top of search results, banner ads on homepage and category pages, paid packages for businesses (weekly/monthly promotion plans), and an online payment gateway that supports Qatar (QAR).
- Admin panel: manage users/businesses/listings, approve/reject listings and business accounts, manage ad packages/banners/pricing, and view payment and revenue reports.
- General requirements: English + Arabic language support, clean/modern/fast design, SEO-friendly structure, and secure/scalable setup.

Additional information

- We will also list our own bikes on the platform.
