Motorcycle Fleet Garage Management System

I need an experienced developer or team to build a garage management system for our motorcycle fleet business in Qatar, with a native (or cross-platform) mobile app for garage staff and a web-based admin dashboard for management. The key goal is to track and manage workshop jobs while clearly separating paid jobs (customer/rider-charged) vs internal jobs (company bikes, no charge).

Scope of work

- Build a native (or cross-platform) Android mobile app for garage staff.
- Mobile app: secure login with role-based access; roles include admin, maintenance supervisor, mechanic, helper with permissions (view, create, edit, approve).
- Mobile app: daily assigned tasks view; view tasks assigned by supervisors/managers; push notifications for new assigned tasks.
- Mobile app: job card workflow — create new job cards; update status (pending, in progress, on hold, completed); mark each job as paid or internal; add spare parts and labour; add notes and upload photos; service history per bike and per rider.
- Build a web-based admin dashboard with overview of all jobs and live workshop status; create/assign/edit/close job cards.
- Admin dashboard: reporting — sales and revenue reports for paid jobs; cost tracking for internal jobs; staff management and productivity reports; bike/fleet records with full service history; export reports (Excel/PDF).
- Admin dashboard: spare parts inventory — stock in/out, low-stock alerts, automatic deduction when parts are used on a job; role management (create, update, delete roles and permissions).

Additional information

- Jobs must be clearly separated and tracked as either paid jobs (repairs on rental bikes charged to the rider/customer) or internal jobs (repairs on company bikes, free of charge).
