I need some CAD work completed on a motorcycle frame using a LiDAR scan taken with PolyScan.

Project overview

The scan isn’t particularly high-detail, but it contains the key dimensions and geometry needed for this project. The frame is currently positioned upside down in the scan, and one downpipe is already connected to the frame. This existing pipe should be used as a reference for the positioning, height and general routing of the new pipes.

Requirements

* CAD-design two downpipes, one on the left and one on the right of the frame.
* Both pipes must be symmetrical and identical in their routing and dimensions.
* Use the existing downpipe as a reference for the required height and positioning. Neither pipe should extend lower than the existing pipe.
* Ensure both pipes connect correctly to the upper and lower sections of the frame.
* Use the scanned frame geometry to determine the appropriate positioning and clearances.

Final deliverables

I need an accurate, dimensioned CAD model of both downpipes that I can send directly to a metal-bending company for manufacture. The geometry should therefore reflect the intended pipe dimensions and bends as accurately as possible.

Please ensure the final model can be exported in a suitable CAD format for manufacturing, ideally STEP, along with any other relevant files you would normally provide.
