13″ 32GB Final Cut Laptop

I need solid buying advice before I invest in a new machine for my video projects. The laptop has to handle Final Cut Pro reliably, so macOS compatibility is non-negotiable. My ideal size is 13-inch, and I want a full 32 GB of RAM to breeze through 4K timelines and heavy multicam work. A touch screen is the one extra feature I really care about.

Here’s what I expect from you:
• A concise report comparing the best 13-inch, 32 GB options currently on the market (include specs, prices, and purchase links).
• An honest assessment of Final Cut Pro performance on each model—render times, thermal throttling, typical workflow bottlenecks, etc.
• Clear notes on how (or if) a touch interface is implemented and useful for editing tasks.
• Your recommendation for the single best pick and a brief setup checklist so I can get editing straight away.

If a perfect 13-inch macOS option with touch support doesn’t exist, propose practical alternatives (e.g., larger screen or external touch solution) but keep FCP compatibility front and center. Accuracy and up-to-date market pricing are critical.
