Monthly Chicago Home & Plant Care

I will be overseas for several months and need a dependable, friendly person who already lives in—or can easily reach—my Northwest Chicago home. Once a month you’ll drop by to keep the place looked-after and give me peace of mind.

Here’s what each visit should cover:
• Water the indoor and porch plants so they stay healthy
• Walk through the house, making sure doors, windows, thermostat, and appliances look normal

I’ll leave clear written instructions, watering schedules, and a spare key. After every visit, please text me a quick note (and a photo if anything seems off) so I know the house is fine.

The job begins the first week of my departure and continues until I return. Reliability, trustworthiness, and respect for privacy are essential; think of this as helping a neighbor rather than a formal house-sitting contract.
