Modern Two-Storey Villa Floorplan

I am beginning a completely new construction and need a full floor-plan drawings for a modern, two-story villa. The land boarder (short side) is on two different level streets (delta height 2.8-meter) making each floor is like a ground floor. I already have done a detailed full floor-plan with the full requirements such as number of rooms and measurements. However, I am looking for a completely new design with the same requirements as attached floor plan. However, I am a bit flexible with measurement. Basically, please refer to attached file, make a completely new layout design with the same number of rooms and similar measurements.
