I’m looking to launch a lightweight, professional website with a distinctly modern and minimalist feel. The entire interface should work seamlessly in a monochrome palette—black, white, and greys—so the design must rely on clean typography, balanced spacing, and subtle visual hierarchy rather than heavy graphics.
Core requirements
• Build a responsive site that loads quickly on both desktop and mobile.
• Structure pages for text-based content and blog posts, with an intuitive CMS or markdown workflow so I can add and edit articles on my own.
• Apply a consistent minimalist theme throughout, ensuring the monochrome color scheme never clashes with future imagery or embedded media.
• Include essential SEO tags, logical heading structure, and accessibility best practices (contrast, alt tags, keyboard navigation).
What I’ll provide
• Final copy for each page and blog category.
• Logo files and any supporting assets.
What I need from you
• Wireframe or mock-up for approval before development begins.
• The finished site coded, deployed to my hosting, and handed over with clear instructions for updating content.
• A brief post-launch window (about a week) for small tweaks or bug fixes.
If you have a portfolio of similarly minimalist sites—especially ones optimized for speed—share the links so I can see your approach. Let’s discuss timeline, preferred tech stack, and any questions you might have to get started.
