Modern Interactive Portfolio SPA

I want my personal portfolio rebuilt as a single-page application that instantly feels modern and polished. The site must adapt perfectly to every screen size—from large desktop monitors down to small mobile devices—and keep performance snappy while showing subtle yet engaging transitions and interactive touches throughout.

Content wise I need three core sections: About Me, Projects, and Skills. Each section should flow seamlessly as the user scrolls or navigates, with smooth in-page transitions, hover effects, and small micro-interactions that showcase both my attention to detail and your frontend craft. A clean, modern aesthetic is important; think generous white space, readable typography, and an interface that lets the work speak for itself.

There is one functional piece I cannot miss: a contact form that triggers an email notification to me every time someone submits it. You are free to choose the stack—whether that is React with Framer-Motion, Vue + GSAP, or vanilla HTML/CSS/JS enhanced with CSS animations—as long as the final code is clean, well-commented, and easy for me to maintain.
