Mobile Workflow App Integration

I want to connect my existing PHP business database to fully-featured native apps for iOS and Android. The apps must mirror our current web workflows and add mobile-first functions so staff, partners, and customers can work, communicate, and schedule from anywhere.

Core functions
• Real-time streaming video: users can record, upload, and view profile or product videos directly from the app.
• Live chat and threaded email integration so every conversation—text, voice, or video—remains tied to the correct record in the database.
• Smart scheduling: business hours, shift windows, and video-meeting slots pull from the database and update instantly when managers make changes.
• Role-based authentication for multiple user types (admin, staff, claimant, customer). Each role sees only the screens and data it needs.
• Business management portal embedded in the same code-base (web view or standalone module) for fast claim handling, profile edits, and analytics.
• Offline data capture with automatic sync to the NoSQL store when the device reconnects.

Acceptance criteria
1. Both apps pass Apple App Store and Google Play review using the latest SDKs.
2. All data writes/reads are performed through secure APIs that map cleanly to existing NoSQL collections.
3. Video streams stay under 3-second latency on a 10 Mbps connection.
4. Chat, email logs, and meeting bookings appear in the admin portal within one minute of creation.
5. Unit and integration tests cover authentication, role permissions, and CRUD operations at 90 %+ code coverage.

Source code (Swift/Kotlin or React Native/Flutter if cross-platform), API documentation, and deployment scripts form the final deliverable.
