Mixed-Format Data Entry Project

I need help transferring a large set of mixed data—text and numbers—into one clean master file. The material arrives from two places: a batch of digital files and a couple of online databases to which I will grant read-only access. Inside the download folder you will find Excel spreadsheets, PDF documents, and Word files, each holding portions of the information.

I will supply a template spreadsheet that shows the exact column order, data-type notes, and sample rows. Your job is to:

• Extract every required field from each source without altering spelling, number formatting, or date style
• Populate the template accurately and completely
• Flag any unclear or missing values for quick clarification
• Return the finished master file along with a short issue log

Acceptance criteria
• Every record accounted for; random spot checks must match originals
• Consistent formatting that mirrors the template specifications
• Issue log delivered with the final file
