Mixed Data Entry to Word

I need the content of several printed documents re-typed into Microsoft Word exactly as it appears, but saved in plain-text format. The pages contain a blend of paragraphs and numeric information, so careful attention to both words and figures is essential.

Please work straight from the hard-copy scans I’ll provide, reproduce every character accurately, and keep the text unformatted—no bold, italics, or tables, just a clean .docx/.txt output that I can import elsewhere. I’ll spot-check against the originals, so consistency in spelling, line breaks, and number placement will determine acceptance.

Deliverable: a single Word file containing the full, plain-text transcription of all printed pages.
