Manual Data Entry From PDFs

I have a collection of scanned documents saved as PDFs that I need transcribed with great care into a structured digital format. Because the files are scans, automated extraction tools are unreliable—so I’m looking for meticulous manual data entry.

Here’s what you’ll be working with:
• Source files: scanned PDFs (text and numbers, some tables).
• Task: read each page, accurately key the information into the spreadsheet template I provide.
• Volume: approximately 200 pages; most are straightforward, a few contain small handwritten annotations that also need to be captured.

Accuracy matters more than speed. I’ll run spot checks, and any inconsistencies must be corrected before we move to the next batch. When you finish each 50-page milestone, send back the updated spreadsheet so I can verify and release feedback right away.

Deliverable:
• Completed Excel file matching the template layout, fully populated and proof-read.
