The brief covers three key zones—living room, bedrooms and kitchen—each meant to feel calm enough for daily relaxation yet polished enough for entertaining guests when friends drop by.

Here’s what I need from you:

• Mood-board & colour palette that suits Kerala’s warm climate while staying true to a pared-back aesthetic
• Optimised furniture layouts for the living room, all bedrooms and the kitchen, respecting existing windows and structural walls
• 3D visualisations or photorealistic renders (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion—your choice) so I can clearly picture the final result before any work begins
• A concise shopping/specification list covering furniture, fittings, lighting and soft furnishings available in India (local or easily shipped)
• Basic material and lighting plan indicating finishes, fixture positions and accent lighting ideas that complement the minimalist theme

I’ll supply floor plans, photos and exact room dimensions immediately after kickoff, plus quick feedback at each milestone. In return I’m looking for iterative concept updates and final files delivered in both editable (DWG/SKP) and PDF/jpg formats.
