Dungeon Prep (dungeonprep.com) is looking for a freelance short-form video creator to help grow a new Dungeons & Dragons media brand focused on funny, relatable, and practical content for DMs and players.
This is a paid freelance side project for someone who already loves D&D, understands tabletop culture, and wants to build their own presence as a D&D creator while helping grow Dungeon Prep.
About Dungeon Prep
Dungeon Prep is a modern Dungeons & Dragons newsletter and media brand for Dungeon Masters, players, and tabletop storytellers. We create practical, funny, and experience-driven D&D content that helps people run better sessions, build better characters, and bring more memorable moments to the table.
What You’ll Create
You’ll help produce short-form video content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Content may include:
- D&D memes
- POV videos
- Skits
- Relatable DM/player moments
- Trend-based videos
- Funny tabletop observations
- Light educational or advice-based content
The tone should feel funny, casual, and authentic — not overly polished or corporate.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal creator is someone who:
- Plays or deeply understands Dungeons & Dragons
- Enjoys D&D memes, jokes, and online tabletop culture
- Is comfortable appearing on camera
- Can create short, engaging videos consistently
- Understands TikTok/Reels-style pacing and trends
- Has a strong sense of humor and creative instincts
- Wants to grow their own D&D/content creator presence
You do not need a huge following. A good sense of timing, personality, and understanding of the D&D audience matters more.
Details
- Freelance / remote
- Paid side project
- $20/hour ($400-500/month)
- Around 10 short-form videos per week
- Creator credit/tag on every post
- Great fit for someone building their own D&D channel, creator portfolio, or tabletop media presence
