Migrate WordPress Site to a New Host

Hi,
I have a small business website built with WordPress, currently hosted on Bluehost. I've recently purchased a new hosting plan with Hostinger and need someone to help me migrate the entire website.
The website is relatively simple, with around 6 pages, a contact form, and a few blog posts. There is no WooCommerce or complex functionality.
What I need:
• Migrate all WordPress files, database, themes, plugins, and media.
• Keep the website design and content exactly the same.
• Configure the website on the new hosting account.
• Update DNS settings to point the domain to the new host.
• Make sure SSL/HTTPS works correctly.
• Test the website, contact form, images, and links after migration.
• Minimize downtime during the transfer.
I also use a business email address through Google Workspace, so it's important that the migration doesn't interrupt my email service.
I can provide access to both hosting accounts and the WordPress dashboard.
