I need a complete mechanical design for a new piece of industrial machinery that will perform a dedicated processing operation within my production line. The end goal is a set of detailed, fabrication-ready drawings and supporting documentation that a local workshop can take straight to the shop floor.

Scope of work

1. Machine Design
2. Machine Assembly Video
3. Machine part Disassembly video
4. Machine part 2D and 3D Step File.
5. Machine part BOM.
6. PART COLOR COMBINATIONS
7. MOTOR STRENGTH & POWER JUSTIFICATION
8. REQUIRED GEAR BOX CALCULATION

Preferred tools

SolidWorks or Inventor for modelling and exploded views, and AutoCAD or native DWG/DXF for the final dimensioned drawings. If you normally run simulations in ANSYS or similar, that’s a plus.

Deliverables

• 3-D model with all assemblies and sub-assemblies
• 2-D fabrication drawings with tolerances, surface finishes, and weld symbols
• Basic load, stress, or motion analysis output to justify critical design decisions
• Bill of Materials listing every purchased part and raw stock
• Assembly and maintenance guidelines so my technicians can commission the machine confidently

Acceptance criteria

The design must meet the provided process parameters, fit inside the specified footprint, and comply with standard industrial safety regulations (ISO/CE where applicable). All files must open without errors in the stated software versions.

Timeline is flexible in the early concept stage, but once we lock the layout I’ll need the full drawing package within four weeks so purchasing can stay on schedule. Let me know what information you need first and your estimated lead time for the initial concept.
