Members-Only WordPress Video Site

I am putting together a WordPress-based content site that showcases HD videos (and some supporting photo sets) exclusively to paying members. Access must be locked behind a strict paywall with four subscription lengths—1, 3, 6 and 12 months—processed through CCBill. No part of the library should be viewable or streamable until a valid subscription is active.

On top of streaming, I want visitors to be able to download each video either:
• as a one-off single-purchase download, or
• as part of an enhanced “download included” subscription tier charged at a higher price point.

Both options need to run through CCBill so the billing workflow stays seamless.

Key points you’ll tackle
• Build or configure a secure membership plugin that supports CCBill’s recurring billing and lets me create multiple plan durations with flexible pricing.
• Protect all media—videos and photos—so direct URLs can’t be shared. Cloud-friendly storage (e.g. Amazon S3 + expiring links) is preferred but I’m open to other proven methods.
• Implement the dual download model (single purchase vs. subscription-based) and ensure each transaction updates the member’s permissions instantly.
• Create a clean, mobile-first theme where browsing, streaming and purchasing feel friction-free.

Acceptance: A test account should confirm that (1) content is invisible when expired, (2) streaming works smoothly on desktop and mobile, (3) single-purchase files download only after payment, and (4) subscription upgrades/downgrades propagate correctly inside CCBill and on the site.
