I need a comprehensive review of a patients medical record, to examine the medications given to determine if patient would have had control of his mental faculties. The following are some of the medications administered to an adult:

- Versed
- Omnipaque
- Ondansetron
- Lorazepam

The primary goal is to identify side effects, and how long they would last. Ideal skills and experience include:
