I need an experienced outbound caller to connect with prospective Medicare beneficiaries and guide each conversation using the detailed script I already have prepared. Your job is to deliver clear, confident calls that capture interest, handle common objections, and move prospects to the next step in my enrollment process.

What the work involves
• Dial the contact list I provide during agreed-upon calling windows.
• Follow the supplied script word-for-word where required; tone and pacing are up to your professional judgment.
• Record outcome notes for every number—no answer, call-back requested, interested, not interested, or wrong party.
• Submit a concise daily report so I can track progress in real time.

Acceptance criteria
• At least 95 % of assigned numbers attempted each day.
• Accurate, same-day logging of call outcomes in the shared spreadsheet.
• Script adhered to without unapproved deviations.
• Professional, compliant handling of all Medicare-related questions (CMS guidelines).
